1. 12 minutes amrap of:
10 bent over row with KB left (right hand and knee on Box) 
10 bent over row with KB right (left hand and knee on Box)
20 sitting knee raises (sit on the box and put a 5Kg or  10Kg plate on your legs)
2. 12 minute amrap:
10 Cleans M50Kg/W30Kg
8 Front-Squats (same weight)
6 Burpees over the the bar
