OT 90 seconds do 10 reps of Hip-Thrusts the first round and stiff leg deadlift the second round for a total of 8 rounds (4 each)
10 minutes amrap of 10 Bulgarian split Squats (10 each side) + 10 Box-jumps M24inch/W20inch
