Both are running 800m together as a „buy-in“
when both finished the 800m the WOD is starting

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of
Abmat-Sit-ups times 2
Kettlebell Thrusters (M 24Kg each Hand/W 16Kg each Hand)
then both are running 400m as a „buy-out“

Explanation for the WOD: Person A starts with Thrusters. Person B has to do 21 Abmat-Sit-ups. Then Person A is doing 21 Abmat-Sit-ups and Person B is finishing the Thrusters if they are not finished. So both need to perform 21 Abmat-Sit-ups, 21 Thrusters and again 21 Abmat-Sit-ups. Then both are moving to 18 reps. Each Person has to perform the Situps to go on. The Team is just sharing the Thrusters
