1) 8 reps strict Press RPE 8-9
2) 10 reps strict Chin-ups / if possible add weight

B) OT 90 seconds for 5 rounds each do
1) 15 reps Body rows rows
2) 20 reps reverse snow angel with 1,25Kg plate (10 reps clockwise + 10 reps counter clockwise)

C) 6 minutes amrap of:
12 reps Biceps Curls with Barbell M20Kg/W15Kg
12 reps overhead Triceps Extensions with plate M20kg/W15kg
