A) OT 2 minutes do 5 sets of 20 Lunges (10 each side) with Barbell or Dumbbells AHAP
B) Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups (Rings or Bar)
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 American Kettlebell swings 32/24kg
