1) 7 Thrusters 50/35 (When you don’t finish the Thrusters in 30 seconds do as many reps as possible in 30 seconds)
2) 35 Double-unders (if you don’t finish the Double-unders in 45 seconds do as many reps as possible in 45 seconds)
