WOD:

Team of 2 for max reps:
Person A is rowing 2 minutes amrap for Cal, Person B is doing 2 minutes amrap Front-Rack Lunges with Barbell (M50Kg/W35Kg). Change exercices after 2 minutes without break. 2 minutes break for both after the 4 minutes.
Then Person A is doing 2 minutes amrap alternating Pistols while Person B is doing 2 minutes amrap Hang-Power-Clean (M50Kg/W35Kg). Change exercices after 2 minutes without break. 2 minutes break after the 4 minutes.
Then Person A is doing 2 minutes amrap Burpees while Person B is doing 2 minutes amrap SDHP (M50Kg/W35Kg)
