1 round is following:
A is doing 1 Shuttle-Sprint and 10 Box-Jumps while B is holding the plank position.
Then B is doing 1 Shuttle-Sprint and 10 Box-Jumps while A is holding the plank position.
When the partner who is holding the plank position is dropping the position the round has to be repeated.
